Notes
- This is the last show Phish would play before calling it quits.
- This is also regarded by fans as one of the worst Phish performances ever. The show got off to an excellent start all the way through Down With Disease, but during Wading In The Velvet Sea Page started crying and the performance broke down. Trey's guitar and vocal became incredibly unsteady and unreliable through the rest of the night, although he cheered up in time for Cool Jerk and The Dickie Scotland Song.
- During Wolfman's Brother, we find out that Fishman is the Wolfman's Brother.
- Down with Disease featured Trey playing his guitar with a glow-stick.
- Cool Jerk and The Dickie Scotland Song were spontaneously written to acknowledge Mark Bradley "Bruno", and Richard Glasgow "Dickie Scotland".
- The Curtain With began with a speech from Trey about the song's orgin. The "With" section only lasted a minute before ending and restarting, as he played the start a half-step too low and he insisted on getting it right (fittingly respectful for the end of Phish).
